Five Generations of Olive Farming

Our family has tended olive trees in the hills of the Aegean near Izmir since 1952. What started as a small grove has grown into a passion for producing the finest extra virgin olive oil we can.

When we moved to Australia, we wanted to share the oil we grew up with—the real thing, not the mass-produced bottles you find in supermarkets. That's why we started Nifolia: to bring honest, family-farmed olive oil to Australian tables.
