Shipping and returns
We pack and send every order ourselves from Carnegie, Melbourne, using Australia Post. Rates, timings and what happens if a tin arrives damaged are all below.
Delivery rates
One rate, everywhere in Australia. It is charged per order rather than per tin, so ordering two costs the same to post as ordering one.
Every state and territory, metro and regional alike. Per order, any quantity.

Delivery estimates are Australia Post Parcel Post guides, not guarantees. They run from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch and tracking
When we send it
Within one to two business days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
Every parcel goes with tracking. You get the number by email when the label is created.
Packaging
Each tin is wrapped and boxed with the cap sealed and taped so it cannot loosen in transit.
Returns
Damaged, leaking or faulty on arrival
Email hello@nifolia.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the tin. We will replace it or refund it. You do not need to post anything back.
Change of mind — 14 days
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on an unopened, unsealed tin or bottle. Email us first, then post it back at your own cost. Once it arrives sealed, we refund the item price.
Wrong item, or something missing
Our mistake, our cost. Tell us what arrived and we will send the right thing straight away.
Parcel not delivered
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have it, or it has stopped moving for more than a week, contact us. We lodge the enquiry with Australia Post and stay on it until resolved.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing on this page limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the oil is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
