We are a small family business. We collect the least we can, we do not sell it to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you place an order
Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. Payment is taken by Shopify and its payment providers. Card numbers go to the payment processor, never to us.
When you use the contact form
Your name, email address and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
When you visit the site
Analytics may record pages viewed, approximate location by city, device type and how you arrived. It is aggregate traffic data and is not used to identify individual visitors.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as health, biometric or identity documents.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the shop. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Some providers may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies, storage and how long we keep things
Cookies
Shopify and analytics services use cookies needed to operate the store, remember preferences and understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser.
Order records
Kept for seven years because Australian tax law requires sales records to be held for that long.
Enquiries
Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted within two years. Ask sooner and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
Email hello@nifolia.com and a person will answer. We aim to respond within seven days and will not charge you.
Ask for a copy
Tell us and we will send you the personal information we hold about you.
Correct it, or have it deleted
If something is wrong we will fix it. If you want to be removed from our records we will do that too, except for records we are legally required to keep.
Complain
Raise it with us first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed rather than quietly published.
