Fruity and aromatic, smooth rather than sharp. A natural source of vitamin E, and made for salads and everyday cooking.
Honest note: this first harvest came in medium on polyphenols, the compounds behind that strong peppery kick, so it's a gentler oil than some early harvests. It's our first year on the farm and we're still learning how to capture more of them. We'd rather tell you straight.
From our grove
Memecik olives from our family's grove at Çakırbeyli, Torbalı, on the slopes of Nif Mountain (Nif Dağı). Farmed by our family since 1890. One variety, one harvest, one grove. Never blended.
Storage and use
The 1L tin is our everyday kitchen size. Light, heat and air are what make olive oil go stale, and a tin keeps all three out. Store it somewhere cool and close the cap after pouring. Use it for everything, from salads to finishing grilled fish or bread.

Single-estate extra virgin olive oil from the Aegean region of Türkiye — pressed from Memecik olives grown in our family's grove at Çakırbeyli, Torbalı, on the slopes of Nif Mountain (Nif Dağı). Farmed by our family since 1890.
This first harvest is fruity, aromatic and smooth, and a natural source of vitamin E. Honest note: it came in medium on polyphenols, so it's gentler on the pepper than some early-harvest oils. It's our first year running the farm and we're still learning.
